On today’s interview, I had the opportunity to chat with three incredible Mario fans who brought the Mushroom Kingdom to life by dressing as Mario royalty. Some of their costumes were inspired by official characters from the Mario franchise, while others were original fan-made royal designs that showcased their creativity and passion for Nintendo.

We talked about their favorite Nintendo games, what those games mean to them, and the memories they’ve made growing up with Nintendo.

Then I threw in a fun crossover question: if they could be transported into any anime universe, which one would they choose and why?
