Shamar (Vibez) Binns: Founder/CEO
A Afro-Caribbean filmmaker of Jamaican descent, born and raised in Bergenfield, New Jersey. With a background in filmmaking from the University of the Arts, he is currently pursuing his Master’s in Film Studies at Tiffin University. Known for crafting captivating and thought-provoking stories, Shamar explores the diverse narratives of Black and Caribbean communities, using both film and music as powerful mediums for cultural expression and connection.
As the Founder & CEO of Vibez Central Media, he has built a multi-platform brand that blends cinema, music, gaming, and culture. His work spans filmmaking, music production, film criticism, and streaming, offering audiences immersive experiences that highlight culture, identity, and storytelling.
Shamar’s film credits include My Shining Gem, a poignant drama about grief, love, and healing, and No Limits: The UArts Black Experience, a documentary celebrating the resilience and artistry of Black creatives. Whether through film, music, or digital media, he continues to frame, capture, and amplify stories that educate, inspire, and entertain.
Aleya Lee: Press Manager/Media Speaker
Aleya Lee, known online as Queenofthenilla, is a Social Media Strategist, Content Creator, and emerging personality in the world of video games and anime. With a passion for esports and competitive gaming, she is steadily making her mark as both a creative force and an industry voice.
Aleya’s background spans multiple areas of media and entertainment, from digital marketing and social strategy to film and content production. Her unique ability to merge creativity with strategy has allowed her to build and manage online communities, grow engagement, and amplify brands within the fast-paced gaming and entertainment industries.
As a content creator, she produces engaging, culturally relevant content centered on gaming, anime, and esports, connecting with diverse audiences who share her enthusiasm for these worlds. Julius Aguilo: Lead Videographer
Julius Aguilo is a Filipino videographer based in California with a strong focus on visual storytelling and cinematic production. Rooted in both documentary and narrative filmmaking, Julius has developed a versatile body of work spanning conventions, short films, and automotive media. His shooting style emphasizes clean composition, dynamic movement, and an eye for atmosphere, giving his projects a polished and cinematic feel.
Julius has filmed at numerous entertainment and fan conventions throughout the West Coast, capturing the culture, artistry, and community of these large-scale events. His footage preserves both the spectacle and the personal stories within convention spaces, from cosplay craftsmanship to industry panels and fan engagement.

Briana Downs: Media Business Manager
Briana graduated from the University of Southern California, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business of Cinematic Arts, an interdisciplinary degree jointly administered by USC’s prestigious School of Cinematic Arts and the Marshall School of Business. This rigorous program is designed to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and strategic business leadership within the entertainment industry, and Briana excelled in cultivating both skill sets throughout her academic career.
During her time at USC, Briana received comprehensive training in film and television development, production fundamentals, entertainment finance, marketing, and media strategy, while also gaining a deep understanding of the economic, legal, and operational structures that shape the global film and media landscape. Her coursework emphasized real-world applications, collaborative projects, and industry-standard practices, allowing her to work alongside creatives, executives, and innovators across multiple disciplines.
In addition to her academic studies, Briana developed a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, learning how to evaluate creative properties, manage production pipelines, and support the lifecycle of content from concept through distribution. The program’s dual-school structure strengthened her ability to communicate effectively between creative teams and business stakeholders, positioning her as a versatile professional capable of navigating both sides of the entertainment ecosystem.
